What we make

Six glass categories, one factory floor

Everything below is glass — no plastic bodies, no ceramic substitutes. Choose a category to see typical shapes, capacities and the glass we recommend for it.

Tumblers, highballs, stemware, double-wall cups, beer mugs, juice glasses.

Soda-lime · Borosilicate · 80–650 ml

Dinnerware

Dinner plates, side plates, deep bowls, salad bowls, serving platters.

Opal · Tempered soda-lime · 15–32 cm

Bakeware & ovenware

Rectangular bakers, round casseroles with lids, loaf pans, pie dishes, roasters.

High-borosilicate 3.3 · 0.8–4.5 L

Teaware & coffee

Teapots with glass infusers, warming stands, pour-over servers, cold-brew carafes.

High-borosilicate 3.3 · 350–1,500 ml

Food storage

Airtight jars, canisters, lunch boxes, spice sets — bamboo, PP or glass lids.

Soda-lime · Borosilicate · 200–2,000 ml

Prep & measure

Measuring jugs, nesting mixing bowls, oil & vinegar bottles, batter pitchers.

High-borosilicate 3.3 · 250 ml–3 L

The glass itself

Three glasses. Pick the one your product needs.

Most buyers arrive knowing the shape they want but not the glass. This is the short version — our engineers will confirm the right body for your shape and price point.

How it is made

Sand in at one end. Packed cartons at the other.

Melting, forming, annealing, decorating, testing and packing all happen inside our own plant — which is why lead times hold and quality doesn't drift between orders.

  1. 01

    Batching

Silica sand, soda ash, borax and limestone weighed to ±0.2% against the formula sheet.

  2. 02

    Melting

Continuous furnaces hold 1,550 °C around the clock; three furnaces run in parallel.

  3. 03

    Forming

Press, blow, press-and-blow or hand-blown — chosen by wall thickness and shape.

  4. 04

    Annealing

A 40 m lehr cools each piece on a curve so internal stress is released, not locked in.

  5. 05

    Decoration

Decal firing, colour spray, acid frosting, laser logo, screen print — up to 8 colours.

  6. 06

    Inspection

Polariscope stress check, thermal shock, dimensional gauge, then AQL 2.5 visual.

  7. 07

    Packing

Export cartons, drop-tested at 1.0 m, palletised and loaded under our own supervision.

Before you write to us

The questions we answer most

What is your MOQ?

1,000 pieces per shape and colour on existing molds; 3,000 on tempered soda-lime and opal lines, where the furnace run is the constraint. Mixed containers across several SKUs are welcome — the MOQ applies per item, not per order.

Can you make a shape that doesn't exist yet?

Yes. Send a 2D drawing, a 3D file or even a competitor's sample. Our mold shop returns a 3D proposal in 3–5 days, a cast-iron mold in 15–20 days and a first-article sample right after. Tooling is charged once and refunded against volume.

Is your glass oven, microwave and dishwasher safe?

High-borosilicate 3.3 items are safe in all three, freezer included, with no pre-heating step. Soda-lime drinkware is microwave and dishwasher safe but not for direct oven use. Every item's rating is printed on its spec sheet and on the retail box.

What is the production lead time?

25–35 days for existing molds with standard decoration, from the day the deposit and artwork are both confirmed. Add 15–20 days if a new mold is involved. Peak season (August to October) adds roughly a week — book early.

Can I get samples first?

Stock samples are free; you cover the courier. Custom samples with your decoration are charged at cost and credited back on the first production order. Samples usually leave within 5 working days.

How do you stop glass breaking in transit?

Double-wall export cartons, moulded pulp or EPE inserts, corner protection and full-height pallets. Every packing structure is drop-tested at 1.0 m before it ships. Our average transit breakage claim rate is below 0.3%.

Which certifications come with the goods?

LFGB, FDA 21 CFR, EU 1935/2004 and California Prop 65 reports as standard, issued per production lot by SGS or Intertek. ISO 9001 and BSCI audit certificates for the factory are available on request.

What payment and shipping terms do you work on?

30% deposit with the order, 70% against the bill of lading copy; L/C at sight for orders over USD 50,000. FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard, CIF and DDP quoted on request.
